HOW BIG CAN YOU DREAM?
Did you start out with the best intentions in the world to improve your health?

Perhaps you set a few goals (I hope you did!!!), and made a number of commitments.

However, over the weeks your enthusiasm waned a little and now you're asking yourself, "What on earth happened? I was SO determined!"

No doubt this HAPPENS TO EVERYONE at times, but without the motivation to continue, you're not going to stay on track for very long, are you?
Tip #1
#1 Give yourself a mini pep talk
Take a few minutes out every day and to take a long hard look in the mirror.

Ask yourself: "Am I okay with what I see? Do I feel as healthy as I should? Am I making improvements? Or am I robbing my health and happiness by making poor choices?"

You can then decide what you're going to do *Today* for you!
